No Returns or Refunds
No returns or refunds will be granted on purchases. No returns or refunds will be granted on the purchase of hardware, software, supplies, and services or labor.

Manufacturer Warranty Policies

Product warranties vary by manufacturer.  Maleo Solutions,Inc. is not responsible for individual  manufacturer's warranty policies.  All warranty and faulty product related issues will be directly handled by the product manufacturer.  Please see individual product descriptions for details.  If you have any specific questions, please contact the manufacturer directly.  

Order Processing and Shipping
Maleo Solutions, Inc. neither accepts responsibility for the shipping carrier’s performance, nor accepts any responsibility for damages caused to the merchandise after it leaves the warehouse location. If damage occurs in route to your location, Maleo Solutions, Inc will aid only with handling the damage claim with the shipper; however, you will be responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipper. You are solely responsible for inspection for damages.
